We aim to reply within a few business days. Please include the page you were on and, for a bug, the numbers you entered so we can reproduce it.
What to write about
- Bug reports. A wrong result or something that won't load. Tell us your browser and the inputs.
- Calculator requests. Need a tool we don't have yet (a specific grading scale, a country's system)? Suggest it.
- Corrections. If a formula, cutoff or conversion looks off for your school, let us know the source.
- Privacy. To exercise a data right or ask about our privacy policy, email us with "Privacy" in the subject.
What we can't help with
FinalGradr is an independent tool and is not affiliated with any school, university or grading platform. We can't change your actual grades, access your student account, or contact your instructor on your behalf. For official grades, always go through your institution.
