Given your current standing and the weight of the work that remains, this computes the score required to reach your goal.
The formula
needed = (target − current × (1 − weight)) ÷ weight, weight as a decimal.
Worked example
At 80% with remaining work worth 30% and a target of 85%: needed = (85 − 80 × 0.70) ÷ 0.30 = 96.7%.
